Robert N. Campbell dedicated his life to litigation and social security law. As the founder of Campbell & Clark, Robert worked tirelessly to represent his clients in trust and probate litigation and obtain social security benefits for his disabled clients. Robert officially retired in March of 2020 and is enjoying playing with his grandchildren and his guitar. Robert remains Of Counsel for the firm and remains a valuable asset to Campbell, Clark & Vienneau.

Sandra J. Clark dedicated her life to estate planning. As the founder of Campbell & Clark, Sandra worked tirelessly to assist clients in preserving their estates, funding special needs trust, and establishing conservatorships. In January of 2019, Sandra officially retired to pursue her duties as grandmother, which she obviously excels at. Sandra remains Of Counsel for the firm and remains a valuable asset to Campbell, Clark & Vienneau.

Margarita Vienneau, Esq.

PARTNER & ATTORNEY

Margarita Vienneau was hand-selected by the Law Offices of Campbell & Clark to take over the practice after over 30 years as leaders in the field. As the Managing Partner and Owner of Campbell, Clark & Vienneau, Margarita is a zealous advocate and a strong litigator, both inside and outside of the courtroom. As a prior prosecutor for both the Shasta County District Attorney’s Office and the San Bernardino District Attorney’s Office, Margarita has been involved in a vast number of trials with a high success rate. Attending law school as one of the youngest in her class at the age of 21, Margarita has spent over a decade dedicating herself to becoming an expert in her field with the overall goal of helping people. Additionally, she has experience in both civil litigation and family law. Her practice includes estate planning, conservatorships, special needs trusts, and trust and probate litigation.

Margarita is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego and the University of La Verne. When not passionately serving her clients, she enjoys frequenting the local Farmers Markets and spending time outdoors with her husband and dog, Piper. She also enjoys volunteering at local non-profits, and currently sits as a Board of Director at Haven Humane Society.
